About Glenys
Glenys is a Professional Homeopath and a Registered Nurse in the province of Ontario. Having completed a diploma program in nursing as well as a certificate program in community nursing, she worked in a community hospital for 23 years. A graduate of the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine with a diploma in homeopathic medicine and science, Glenys continues to do post graduate studies with the New England School of Homeopathy. She is interested in all aspects of holistic healing and is a registered member of NUPATH .
Her interest in complementary medicine was sparked by the realization of the limitations of conventional medicine, especially in the treatment of chronic conditions. This along with a desire to investigate health care that stressed a gentle, holistic approach, led to the studies in science and classical homeopathy. Glenys started a homeopathic walk-in clinic in Lindsay, Ontario to give the local community an alternative to long wait times in the local hospital emergency department and medical walk-in clinic. She is a volunteer for Edgar Cayce Canada, managing their Prison Program and serving on the Board of Directors.
